Conference FAQs

AnsWCSET conferences are open to researchers, academicians, professors, scientists, industry professionals, practitioners, research scholars, and students from around the world.
AnsYes. You may register as a Listener/Attendee without submitting a research paper and receive a Certificate of Participation.
AnsAuthors can submit their paper through the online paper submission system available on the conference website. Papers should follow the prescribed conference format and guidelines.
AnsAll papers undergo a peer-review process. The corresponding author will receive the acceptance or rejection notification via email after the review is completed.
AnsEach oral presentation is 15 minutes, including approximately 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
AnsYes. WCSET provides Virtual Presentation facilities for eligible conferences. Registered virtual presenters receive presentation guidelines before the event.
AnsYes. Either the author or any registered co-author may present the paper.
AnsYes. Registered participants receive Presentation and Participation Certificates after successful presentation or attendance.
AnsAccepted and registered papers are published in the conference proceedings. Selected papers may also be considered for publication in associated journals after peer review.
AnsNo. Publication in Scopus, SCI, or other indexed journals is optional, subject to journal acceptance, and requires additional publication charges.

Registration & Payment FAQs

AnsAfter acceptance, complete the registration form, pay the registration fee, submit the camera-ready paper, and email the required documents to the conference organizers.
AnsYes. At least one author must register for each accepted paper for it to be included in the conference proceedings and technical program.
AnsYes. Authors may submit multiple papers. Additional papers by the same registered author are eligible for discounted registration fees according to WCSET policies.
AnsThe registration fee generally includes conference participation, conference kit, proceedings, presentation certificate, participation certificate, coffee breaks, lunch, and banquet for physical participants.
AnsYes. Co-authors may attend after completing their own registration as per the applicable registration fee.

AnsYes. Official Invitation Letters are issued after successful registration and payment confirmation.

AnsNo. WCSET provides invitation and supporting documents only. Visa approval is entirely the decision of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
AnsNo. WCSET cannot communicate with embassies or immigration authorities regarding individual visa applications.
AnsRegistration fees are not refunded due to visa rejection. Participants may contact the conference organizers regarding available participation options where applicable.
AnsParticipants are advised to begin the visa application process immediately after receiving their Invitation Letter.

Travel & Accommodation FAQs

AnsNo. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
AnsAirport transfers are generally not provided unless specifically announced for a conference.
AnsNo. Airfare, visa fees, local transportation, accommodation, and personal expenses are not included in the registration fee.
AnsParticipants are strongly advised to book their travel only after obtaining their visa approval.

AnsYes. WCSET reserves the right to reschedule the conference or change the venue due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be informed in advance.

Certificates & Publication FAQs

AnsCertificates are issued after successful participation or presentation at the conference.
AnsHard copies may be provided for physical participants depending on the conference arrangements.
AnsFor associated journals, the review and publication process generally takes 3–12 months, depending on the journal and peer-review process.

AnsAll important announcements, schedules, and instructions are sent to your registered email address.
